Compared to past medical centres I’ve encountered, Queensview does have a far more professional approach - staff seem genuinely involved with patients and waiting times are tiny

You can keep your position in the queue and the surgery calls back, which is nice. Receptionist booked me in for a face to face appointment as needed and I always see the same doctor, who actually listens! I’ve been able to discuss all problems and get them all seen to. Very happy

A better system in place for booking appointments maybe?

it's hard to get an appointment to see a doctor when you call in rhe morning only to be told you are way down the queue and then can only get an appointment for the same day which is not always convenient. seeing the nurses etc is much simpler
